It is therefore with great regret that we inform you that SD Hosting has decided to cease trading as from the 6th December 2010. As a result we have made the relevant changes to migrate all web hosting accounts and domains to Binasys Ltd. Binasys Ltd are an excellent web hosting company who have been in the web hosting business since 2001 and we have every confidence you will be happy with the service they provide. No. SD Hosting has already taken the relevant steps necessary to migrate your account to Binasys Ltd. Will my hosting remain active? Yes. SD Hosting and Binasys Ltd have migrated all account details. Will my Plesk account be migrated? Yes. All Plesk account information has been migrated to Binasys Ltd. Will my subscription price remain the same? Yes. All packages, whether monthly or yearly, will remain at the same price. Who do I contact after the 6th December? For all Billing and Support emails please email support@binasys.co.uk. Can I cancel and move my hosting elsewhere? Yes. You are able to move your hosting and domain names to an alternative hosting service of your choice although we recommend you keep your domain and hosting together where possible. This is entirely up to you. ----------------------- You are reminded that you are not bound to a contract. To make the best use of your account, after your full year or month has elapsed you are free to move your hosting and/or domain to a new supplier. This decision is entirely up to you. As a result of the migration to Binasys Ltd a number of details have changed for access to the control panels and support contact details.
